Guarantee Policy 预订担保 All room reservations must be guaranteed by one night room rate deposit. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 12:00 noon on the following day of the confirmed arrival date. 所有预订必须以一晚房费为担保（订金形式）。经担保的房间将为客户保留到抵店次日中午 12 时。
All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 on the date of scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability. 未经担保的房间将保留到客人入住日晚 18 点之前，是否继续保留房间将视当天客房情况而定。
Payment 付款方式 Guest pay by themselves 客人自付 All other charges including Food &Beverage expenses, room rate ect .will be settled by the guest upon departure. 客人离店时必须付清所有的房费、餐饮费、电话费、洗衣费等其他费用。
Monthly pay by company 公司支付，挂账月结 All the charges will be paid by company. Please confirm the authorized person who is entitled to sign the bills. 在每月十日乙方将上月账单及发票提供给甲方，甲方将在收到账单之日起 30 天内付清此笔费用。请提供有效期签单人及字模，供酒店识别。
CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW CHARGE 取消订房 Room guaranteed for payment by correspondence deposit will be held until the guest arrival. Non- guaranteed reservations will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival and will be automatically released after this time. In case of a cancellation, written notice must be received by the hotel 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. For late cancellation or no-show of guaranteed reservation, a one night full rate will be charged. 甲方取消订房，应于当日下午六点之前通知酒店营销部或前台接待处。
如甲方已担保的订房客人于当日下午六时以前未入住，但也未取消预定，乙方需向甲方收取第一晚房费。
Termination 终止合同 Either party may terminate this agreement before its expiration by delivering a thirty (30) days written notice to the other party. 终止本合同可在任何一方书面提出后 30 天后生效。
Acceptance 合同生效 For validity to take effect a copy of this agreement should be signed and returned to the hotel within 7 days upon receiving this agreement, otherwise, it is subject to renegotiations. This contract would be effective immediately upon receiving signature and company chops from both parties. It will constitute a binding agreement between both parties. 合同必须在 7 天内经双方签字盖章生效，否则合同条款需要重新拟定。双方签字盖章确立后，酒店方将把协议价输入酒店系统，利于今后双方操作。以上条款一旦发生法律效力，应以中文文字为参考。
价格调整
酒店有权根据市场物价情况调整房间价格，届时将以书面形式通知协议公司，自通知之日起新的价格生效。
注：本公司对协议的使用规定享有最终解释权。本协议适用所有商务客人。
