 计划、日程和报告 6.1 简介 The Employer"s Reference Design is as provided in: 业主的参考设计中提供:

 6.3 工作范围 6.3.1计划和时间安排 1. The Contractor shall systematically plan the Works so that all defined milestones are achieved and any potential deviations from the Contract Milestones List can be identified and managed. 1.承包商应当系统的规划工作,以便获得已确定的所有里程碑以及确定和管理和合同里程清单有潜在偏差的里程。

 Minimum requirements for the Contractor’s Time Schedule Manager: 1. The Time Schedule Manager shall be a graduate in Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized University.

The Contractor shall prepare a detailed Baseline Time Schedule using Primavera P6 project management software, version 7 or later, and submit it for the review by the Engineer within fifty-six (56) calendar days of the Commencement Date. The Baseline Time Schedule shall be submitted in both .xer and .pdf formats, as well as six (6) copies on A3 paper and one (1) copy on A1 paper. 1.承包商应当使用Primavera P6和version 7或者最新版本的项目管理软件准备一个详细的基准时间安排表,并且在开工56天内递交给工程师审查。基准时间表应当以.xer和.pdf的格式提交,并且有6份A3版本的副本和1份A1版本的副本。

 2. The Baseline Time Schedule shall be based on the accepted Bid Time Schedule, as developed and finalized (subject to the Engineer’s review) following the contract award, but including the effects of any new information issued up to the Commencement Date of the Contract. 2.基准时间表应当基于已经被接受的投标时间安排,合同签约后要被完成,包含了一些合同生效后产生的新信息的影响。

 6.5.3工程师对于基准时间安排的审查 1. The Contractor shall participate in a review and evaluation of the proposed Baseline Time Schedule by the Engineer. Any revisions necessary as a result of this review shall be made and the Baseline Time Schedule shall be resubmitted to the Engineer for review within fourteen (14) days of notification of the required revisions by the Engineer. After review of the amended Baseline Time Schedule, it shall form an integral part of the Contract. 1.承包商有参加由工程师提议的基准时间安排的审查和评估。这次审查后要做一些必要的修订并且在工程师要求校订的通知发出14天内再次提交给工程师审查。在重新修改的基准时间表的审查后,它将成为合同的一部分。

 2. The Contractor shall maintain the Baseline Time Schedule by preparing monthly updates to show the time impact of each Change Order that has been issued during the month (see section 6.5.5).  12. The level of detail shall be such that each activity that occurs within six (6)

 months of the data date shall have duration of no longer than seven (7) working days. The remaining activities shall have no duration longer than thirty (30) working days unless otherwise agreed with the Engineer. There will be no use of constraints on activities, excluding activities of third parties given by the Employer. 14.不会限制活动,除了工程师给予的第三方活动 15. Codes shall be assigned to all activities and milestones in the Contractor’s Baseline Time Schedule. The codes library is included in Appendix B. These are the mandatory codes.  17. The Baseline Time Schedule shall be accompanied by a narrative statement

Each copy of the Baseline Time Schedule shall also be accompanied by a time-chainage chart (time-location diagram), on a single A2 page accompanied by a copy of the digital file, clearly showing its main activities. 18.每个基准时间安排的副本应当伴随着一个时间-里程图表,数字文件的副本在A2纸张上,清晰的展示主要的活动。

 6.6.1当前时间安排的准备和维持 6.6.1.1当前时间安排的一般要求 1. The Current Time Schedule shall include the entire Works within the Contractor’s scope at any time and be a true representation of progress to date and of the entire schedule to complete. 1.当前时间安排应当包含承包商工作范文内的全部工作,以及是进展和整个计划完成的实际代表。

 2. All activities and milestones in the Contractor’s Current Time Schedule shall be arranged according to the Work Breakdown Structure as described in paragraph 6.4. 2. 在承包商的当前时间安排中额所有活动和里程,应当通过6.4节-工作分解结构的描述进行安排。

 3. The Contractor shall provide and maintain the updated Current Time Schedule until the termination of the Contract. 3.承包商应当提供和维持不断更新的当前时间计划直到合同的终止。

 2. The level of detail shall be such that each activity that occurs within six (6) months of the data date shall have duration of no longer than seven (7) working days. Activities that occur within seven (7) to twelve (12) months of the data date shall have a duration of no longer than fifteen (15) working days. The remaining activities shall have a duration of no longer than thirty (30) working days unless otherwise agreed with the Engineer. Any activities’ duration that does not comply with the above limited duration shall be approved by the Engineer. 2. 每一个发生在6个月内活动的数据日期不应当持续超过7个工作日;发生在7-12个月内的活动的数据日期不应当持续超过15个工作日;剩下的活动的数据日期不应当持续超过30个工作日,除非工程师同意。每个活动的持续时间不应当遵从以上的持续时间限制,应当要求被工程师批准。

 6.7 详细的工作时间安排 1. The Contractor shall manage the Works using more detailed short-term Time Schedules, representing individual sub-contractors, sections of the Works, etc. These will be termed Detailed Working Time Schedules. 1.承包商应当使用详细的短期的时间安排来管理工作,代表各个分包商,工作部分等,这些被叫做详细的时间安排表。

 2. Detailed Working Time Schedule(s) shall be used for the Contractor"s detailed "day-to-day" planning, monitoring and reporting. 2.承包商的详细日常计划、监控和报告应当使用详细工作时间安排表。

 3. The Engineer is not required to accept Detailed Working Time Schedule(s).

The period end date of the report shall be the last calendar day of the month and the data date shall be the first calendar day of the following month, (for example: December 2012 monthly report will carry a Data Date of 01-Jan- 13). 3.报告的周期结束日期应当在每个月的最后一天,数据日期应当是下个月的第一天。(例如:2012年12月的报告将要执行数据日期:01-Jan- 13)

 4. The Contractor shall submit the Monthly Progress Report in .pdf format together with an .xer file of the Current Time Schedule.

Meetings shall be held monthly to discuss Monthly Reports. These meetings will be held not later than seven (7) calendar days after submission of each Monthly Progress Report. The Contractor shall ensure that responsible and accountable staffs attend these meetings in order to respond directly to any issues and concerns raised by

 2. The Contractor shall also participate in monthly meetings, or at such other frequencies at the discretion of the Engineer, to review progress. At these meetings, the Engineer will require the Contractor to demonstrate progress against a Gantt chart. The timing, attendees and format of these are to be agreed with the Engineer after the Effective date. 2.承包商应当参加每个月的会议,或者其他工程师要求的审查进度的会议。在会议中,工程师会要求承包商展示进度的甘特表。在生效日期后,时间、与会者、格式都要被工程师同意。
